Good Morning Lovely People and Happy THORSday. Those of you who have been following this page for a while know I like to do a strengthening practice to honor Thor on this day. But, today is day 25 in the 30 Days of Yoga Challenge and it is a gentle restorative practice. Well it is as if the Mighty Man knew I needed this kind of practice today after a tough night with my little one, who was feeling uncomfortable and therefore kept her parents up hours past bedtime.
