Now, you can use your meat from the last recipe to make a beautiful salad for lunch or dinner the next day! Just add your favorite vegetables, cheese and a salad dressing of your choice. You can mix and match this any way you want, which is the beauty of leftover salad creations!
My Version:
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover Steak
Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
Bleu cheese crumbles
Cherry tomatoes
Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ Cup extra virgin olive oil

½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
METHOD:
Prepare vinaigrette.
Pan sear leftover steak strips. Place romaine lettuce on plate or bowl and layer other ingredients on top.
