Hi Maryam!

How I envy all the pomegranates you must be able to eat, fresh. To me pomegranates are just so beautiful, so exotic and so full of rich flavor.

Anyway, usually I cheat and just use store bought juice.

However, if you want to make your own, just cut the pomegranate into sections, scoop all the seeds out (discard the white membrane), place seeds in a potato ricer and squeeze all the juice out.

Let me know how you like it - the lemon kinds of cuts the richness of the pomegranate, you could try straight pomegranate as well...or blood orange juice would be delicious too!

This looks fantastic. I have saved the recipe. We have lots of pomegranites here in Marrakesh. I have never tried making pomegranite juice though, which the recipe calls for. Have you? and if so, how is it done?

Hi Freya!

I am sorry, I am trying to be less confusing!
Food over here, travel over there....
I know, honestly having two sites confuses me sometimes too being that food and travel are so interlaced. :)

Thanks! I love the combination of beautiful and healthy!
