Thank you guys so much for all your well-wishes! It has been really a crazy couple of days. We spent a wonderful weekend together at the beach and the springs and seeing family. It was like a wonderful whirlwind! Yesterday I started another week of summer camp – this week it is Jr. Iron Chefs! We have 12 students this week, so it is nuts and I am also preparing for another adult class I will be teaching Saturday and another one on Wednesday next week! So all my free time has been devoted to getting recipes down on paper for the adult classes! I am hoping by next week things will have gotten back to normal and I will be able to get back to blogging! Thanks again for all your wishes, they are so appreciated!

Well you guys, thanks so much for all the kind words! So for that I will give you a few details: The proposal was at one of our favorite beaches – Ormond beachand it was very romantic and sweet – just like Roberto. We are planning a beach wedding for late may early June for family and a few close friends! This is such a great time in our lives!
Rebecca - July 14, 2007 at 1:36 pm
Oh wow – how exciting Congratulations! If you thought the weekend was busy, just wait until you get into all the wedding planning – and don’t worry, we are all more than understanding if you feel the need to disappear again. Best wishes!
