Thanks everyone so much! These are definately going to be some amazing days to remember. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have met so many wonderful bloggers. I never would have thought that in my life I would have brought together so many people into food - especially over the internet. I used to really not like computers. Now they are my best friend, thanks to the patience and understanding of Roberto who has taught me so much! What a dream come true!
I say when we get 1,000 members on the blogroll (we currently have over 500) that we should have a Foodie Blogroll Convention somewhere! Wouldn’t that be amazing!

(Obviously, you’ll be multiplying the amounts)
Juice together:
1 granny smith apple
1 raw peeled beet, it can be small
2 medium carrots
AND (this is the key!) a 1/3 inch slice of fresh ginger

I’m coming down to Florida next week. I’m coming over to Summerfield to see a friend’s band play on the weekend. When will the juice bar be opening its doors? Maybe I’ll take a stop up there to check it out.
