When I saw that your choice of recipe today was the "chocolate salami" I knew I had to come check it out. I'm Portuguese, and my mom makes this every Christmas, it's one of my favorite desserts. Her's is quite different from this recipe, but the gist of it is the same. Maybe I'll try this one this year and see what she thinks. Hmmm.... I’m here via Sognatrice.
