Hi everyone, it is Royal Foodie Joust time again! This month the competition is FIERCE. It is going to be our biggest joust yet!
This month the ingredients are: Eggplant, Lentils and Cinnamon.

I am laughing here, because I posted my recipe so early this month that I thought I was losing the deadline, I even checked the ingredients!!!

Jenn, I think it is a great idea to feature some members, one time I attempted to go through the list but found it really long and now I truly understand how long
there are some fantastic people and blogs out there and I for one would love to know more about them.
