Jenn, you are amazing. Your posts are consistently full of terrific information and very entertaining. I can’t keep up with you (and sorry I’ve been away for so long.) I was soooo jealous to see that you got a package of jamon iberico in the mail. That happens to be my favorite food in the whole world! Bake & Destroy! Looks great, at least as a cooking programme… It remembers me the best recipe for cucumber: prepare (it tales ten lines to describe, so I cut it short), and straight to garbage bin… )
