There is a national campaign called Go Organic! that educates and increases consumer awareness of the benefits of organic food and agriculture. I was contacted by their marketing company to let you all know about a great contest. For Earth Day, Go Organic! is offering a chance to win a Grocery Makeover with celebrated Chef and Mom-a-licious® author Domenica Catelli.
I think this is a great contest because it is spreading the word about something that I care very deeply about - organic products and educating the public about how you can live a more organic lifestyle which is not only good for health, but good for the environment. Even though it is not always easy, I think it is important to educate ourselves about healthier ways of living and do what we can to improve the quality of our lives. Especially being foodies, I think it is doubly important to learn more about the food that we put into our bodies and how it gets from the field to the plate. There are lots of great cooks and chefs out there, so I wish all of you the best of luck in this contest! I think it would be great if one of us in the food blogging community would win this

One more way to spread the word!!! I love this.
I love the idea. I need to go organic and this is a good way to start. Thanks for the info
Good morning last-days-fiancée♥
What a wonderful idea! I’m gonna check right now, I would love to participate!!!
Thanks Jenn!
Wow! That’s a fabulous prize! What a great contest.
I’ve been thinking more and more about organic food lately. I think it’s something I really want to do. I just feel sick to my stomach about all of the chemicals and preservatives I’m eating. And I think my diet is better than most people! I’m working on a post in my head about this.
I wish there wasn’t a choice. I wish all food was organic. It should be! I hate that “regular” food is so much cheaper. It must be worth the money, though. What we put into our body is the most important thing-we need to spend the extra money.
Thanks Judy! You know me, I am all about spreading the word!
You are so welcome Ben! Hope you enter!
Morning, Nuria!
Yes, it is getting down to the end of the wire, isn’t it?! Good luck!
I know Emiline, isn’t that so cool? You just have t take little baby steps. I am not completely organic yet, but I am trying to get there. Like you, I feel my diet is much better than a lot of people, but I still have room for improvement! I agree, all food should be organic and I hate that we live in a world where poison is just a regular and acceptable (to the FDA) part of our diet!
Wow, sounds like fun, thanks for the heads-up!
