I try to do this on Fridays, but hubby doesn't like to eat bent over on the couch. I have to devise some kind of a tray for him so that he can sit upright. Me - I'll eat on the floor, bent over, sideways, etc! Your menu looked like a perfect one for the movies. Sorry I've been absent...trying to make a comeback. But now I'm off to Italy for a few weeks.
