Catherine! I wish I had enough days in the week!!! But I will continue to review products of mention. I know I love it when I stumble upon other blogs with great product write ups.

I agree with all of you, it is so wonderful to find products like this that really speak to all of our concerns as consumers. It is rare, but as Judy says, I do hope that with time, people will start to expect this and the food companies will have to address that with their products.

Thanks to all of you for your comments! I have had to cut back on personally commenting on each of your comments, due to time constraints. I kind of hate it, but for now, I will have to be satisfied by visiting your blogs!

You pretty much had me at “good fudge”. Rarely is it done right- but when it is , oh mercy. It’s like the planets are aligning.

Yummmm… I love companies that are doing things for the earth for us consumers. In the long run it will mean that more people will expect things like this. I can;t wait to check them out and buy some. Father’s Day is right around the corner!
