The trilogy was amazing. The runners up were wonderful, too, but I also think that everything Ms. Nuria does is wonderful.

Those are particularly gorgeous dishes. I love the winner. It’s such fun to have a selection of different delicious things on your plate. That stuffed trout looks fantastic. They ALL are winners.

So THAT is what the RFJ is! I saw the name of it but didn’t know exactly how it worked or what it was. I’ll have to see what’s cookin for next month and see if I’m up for it.
