No steak tartare of foie gras? Oh, you're missing out! I say no to roadkill, too, as well as big fat cigars. ugh

I did my own list on my blog. What fun. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, I've been seeing this one around. But there's too many I haven't had, so I'll wait a few more years to expand my palette and my ingredient list and revisit it then. ;)

I;m glad you linked to your Vermont post. That picture of the fall foliage about made me cry. *Sigh*

I hear yah on the Hostess pies. I loved them as a kid but now all I can think is that the filling is like fruit flavored hair gel, blech. My post

I am so glad that so many of you are doing this meme! I thought it was a lot of fun and I am having fun reading your versions as well! If you do one, come on over and let me know! :)

Thanks, Brit! Hope you'll do one.

Wow, Jen, fried rattlesnake? Sounds interesting...

Thanks Dawn! Up close and personal is the only way to treat food! :)

Hey Kat! Nope never had pokey - but probably similar things...

I would love to see your list Judy! I had to look some things up too - several of which I HAD tried!

Hey Nikki! I have had muscadine grapes AND muscadine grape wines. We live within walking distance of the San Sebastian winery and they make all their wines from muscadine. I do like the wines for certain occasions, but some are just too sweet for me. But I love eating the grapes!

Hey PeterG - those "consequences" don't sound too inspiring...but hey, if my cousin can eat them, so can I! I won't let him outdo me!

I think it counts Christey! It is a must have as a Floridian!

Thanks Peter! Glad you and Christey are okay! Those PB cookies look great!

Yeah, Deb, I bet the crunch is a little weird. But probably if you didn't know what it was??? That is how I approach these things - I try not to think about it too much!

Thanks Party Girl! :)

YAY Kittie! Can't wait to see it! Haggis is your national food isn't it? ;)
I love the stuff!

Thanks Dharm! You are such a sweetie! I would love to see your answers to this list!!!

Thanks Hot Garlic! :)

Thanks Adam! I will try (almost) anything twice before I give a verdict!

I hear ya Ley! :) I am so glad you did the list! I really enjoyed reading it! :)

I am all about the local foods too City Girl, and I agree, VA is way closer than Europe! Kudos to you for finding a more sustainable alternative!

LOL! Thanks Beth! I enjoyed the experience for sure! We laughed so hard! Can't wait to see your list!

LOL Sylvia! I don't think you are a coward at all - I am beginning to think I am a bit weird! :)
