I'll have to say that raw, live + vegan foods does *sounds* more apprehensive than it really is.....I love how Present Moment creates their dishes with ease + familiarity that makes it approachable to many. Even though Greek food is very veggie friendly to start with it was one step up even so. You have had the opportunity to get together with so many of your fellow foodies...2008 has been a good year!!!!!!!!!!
