I have been wanting to make peach ice cream all summer, but unfortunately we didn’t save our peaches from the backyard! So instead, we made ice cream with berries yesterday. It’s still in the freezer and I have yet to try it. Ice cream is soooo great in the sumemr! Yay for ice cream makers!

A Canadian company (now defunct) used to make a tasty peach ice cream when I was a kid. Gosh I miss that ice cream…thanks for the memory.

Peaches are really one of the greatest summer delicacies.

I’m going to echo the masses on the peach icecream… YUM. And I’m thinking that the peach/cherry combo isn’t too shabby either.

So utterly seasonal, it makes me drool.

I’m with everyone else on the ice cream. Fruit ice creams are the best, with big pieces
