This is a session I would gave loved to attend as well Jenn, I guess “you can’t always get what you want” and there was just so much excitement happening. The cheeses from the Cow Girl Creamery, a sustainable farm were amazing as well.

That must have been some mortadella to be that impressive. Oh yeah. And I take it you haven’t tried Rancho Gordo? You’re in for a real treat. I love their beans like crazy and have been ordering every few months. Fantastic stuff, and their Mexican oregano and New Mexican chile powder are indispensable to me as well.

Thanks for the educational stuff. We all need to keep hearing it. I feel lucky that I can, at least sometimes, buy meats from a place like Hearst. I’m on their site right now. I’ve been to Hearst castle but didn’t know that the foundation had a ranch like this. Awesome. Side note: did you know they also have zebra that graze there? It’s so odd to come upon them. So out of place, so cool.
