Applecheek sounds wonderful, as does that incredible farmer’s market! I had no idea those northerners were so progressive and willing to brave the cold to visit the market! Very cool.

What a lovely idea… you make me want to move to Vermont! I have farmer’s market locally. The biggest problem I find is that people are so used to shoddy, imported foods. We have to totally change mindsets about the way we eat.
