    Sounds a little simple, but it is oh so mouth-wateringly my favorite way to cook eggs. Soft boiled on a piece of buttered sourdough (OBread or Red Hen are great) with sea salt and cracked black pepper. We usually get our eggs from Wilma and Jerry Maynard’s farm, a 10 minute walk from home! I love eggs.
