As a special incentive for Foodie Blogroll members, for the next three weeks, all our members who enter a recipe in the contest and post about it on their blog (and right here on this thread) will have a chance to receive 1 case of POM Wonderful Juice and 1 case of fresh pomegranates! That sounds POM wonderful!  I've never cooked with pomegranates before, so now I have another culinary adventure awaiting me once I figure out what to do in the joust with black pepper, honey and coffee!

Good point! The rules on the site mention using 'POM Wonderful Pomegranates' - so I guess it means using the juice, rather than just the fruit from the market!!   Will have to think of something else

Bought my pomegranates today. Told the darlings to keep their mitts off! Mean Mommy!

Now to come up with some kind of recipe...we usually just eat them fresh!

Actually Pom Wonderful does sell the actual fruit too - so I am sure you can use the actual fruit as opposed to the juice.

What a coincidence!  I just made this pastry last night. Pistachio cake filled with rose cream, surrounded by pomegranate bavarain, sprayed with white chocolate.  I'll get the recipe together this weekend.
