Hi Folks,

I have recently purchased some fresh garlic and herb cheese and I am unsure what to do with it? I  have thought of putting in on pizza, stuffing it in a chicken breast or melting on top of a steak. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Also, I have been on holiday to Mexico and brought some 70% cooking chocolate while I was there. Have you got any ideas what I can do with this.

Your Suggestions are very welcome

Thanks

I love putting herbed cheese (especially herbed goat cheese) on pizza in place of mozzarella.  You could also try making a quesadilla, like this sweet potato and goat cheese version:

As for the chocolate, something interesting that I read recently recommended putting slivers of dark, dark chocolate in salads.  Also, it might be fun to try something savory, like grilled chicken with chocolate sauce.  Of course, hot chocolate and ice cream creations are always a fun way to go.  And don't forget pudding!
