This month's ingredients, as chosen by cafenilson, last month's winner are:

Papaya (ripe or green)
Tarragon
Cheese

As I said in the post about the winners today on my blog, I know these ingredients may be a challenge for some of you, like the tumeric last month, but I do suggest to take this as an opportunity to really take your cooking and creativity to another level and just have FUN!  If it doesn't work out, still post about it and tell us what went wrong! This is a learning opportunity for all of us and a way to really experiment outside the box! So please join us and just have fun!!!

Let the games begin! Smiley

I'm truly scared lol. I don't think I've ever had papaya so I guess I'll pick up a small one this weekend! Good luck everyone!  Grin

I am beginning to think that I have an obsession with my ice cream maker... since those were my last two entries and I immeadiately thought of another one.

And now to force myself outside of the frozen creamy dessert box...

Papaya is actually one of my favorite fruits. Back at my parents' home, breakfast is a religious ritual that nobody is allowed to miss. It always starts with a bowl of fresh fruit salad that 95% of the time includes papaya. Hmmm, now I need to think how to incorporate tarragon... I think I have some growing up in my little herb garden...
