After a couple of months of being MIA I am finally back! And here's my entry for this month's Joust. I thought an spicy/sweet salsa wouldn't work, but I was wrong. This salsa paired perfectly with pork chops. Yummy. Read the recipe here. |

Thanks guys! And Acquired Taste, I agree with Jenn, we all started somewhere. And the great thing about the Joust is that there are so many people willing to help and advise. :p I do love this forum!
