Here are the ingredients for this month!!!! Natasha has set us up with some really beautiful autumn inspired ingredients!

Apples
Cayenne Pepper
Maple Syrup


Now that the foodie blogosphere is coming back from vacations, holidays, and quiet time, I am looking forward to an exciting Joust this month! If you have never participated, now is the time! These are some great ingredients that most people always have on hand, or are readily available! Congratulations to our Joust winners!  This trio of new ingredients has me salivating already, so now that my two darling daughters are tucked safely back at school, I'll have some time to play around in the kitchen.  Looking forward to what everyone comes up with.

This looks like fun, I can't wait to get started with testing things out! Smiley
So we're not limited to JUST these ingredients, but these have to all be present in the same dish... Hmm, that'll be tricky!

Apple slices on oatmeal with yogurt and Maple syrup drizzled over them and lightly dusted with cayenne pepper.
