With the busy-ness can we extend the deadline a few days or a week (says the guy who has a cater on the 2nd with a fun idea for these ingredients)?

If we extend the deadline, we will have less time the following month to get the entries in. Does anyone have strong feeling one way or another about it? I will wait to hear from folks!

I think extending it this month and shortening up the next would be fine!

There are 31 days in both December AND January. With all the holiday happiness in December...
A Jan. 8 date would seem fair!! We lose easily a week of cooking days in December just due to the season! LOL!
Any other thoughts??
