Here are the ingredients for this month:


Champagne (Any sparkling wine would work, and for people who don't drink a dry white grape juice is fine). 
Mushroom (Mushrooms can be any variety dried or fresh).
Orange

Congratulations to all the winners..... what a fun challenge December was!!  Well we enjoyed it anyways  Grin

WOW - champagne and mushrooms - 2 of our favourite ingredients and I guess we could squeeze some orange in there somehow... lol!!

If we extend the deadline, we will have less time the following month to get the entries in. Does anyone have strong feeling one way or another about it? I will wait to hear from folks!

There are 31 days in both December AND January.  With all the holiday happiness in December...

A Jan. 8 date would seem fair!! We lose easily a week of cooking days in December just due to the season! LOL!

Any other thoughts??
