I added the widget to my blog (htt://bewitchingkitchen.com)  - but for several days now, if I click on any of the food blogs listed (5 new blogs, or 5 random blogs), instead of going to the listed blog, what pops up is the homepage of Foodie BlogRoll, with the contests, and general articles

is there something wrong with the way I set up the widget?

I'd appreciate some advice....

thank you!

Hi Sally BR - Welcome to The Foodie Blogroll!  No, you haven't done anything wrong. It is just that we had to make a special widget for our wordpress.com members, as wordpress.com does not support javascript, which is what the original widget is written in. Therefore wordpress.com members only have an image of the widget - and it will just link back to the main page. Hope that helps!

My problem is a little different - I noticed over the weekend that the Foodie Blogroll widget on my blog
http://kitchenjam.net
is only showing a dark color (red) on the widget border. All of the type is sort of faded out, and the color only darkens up enough to read the content if you mouse over it. I tried re-grabbing the widget; all of the colors show up the same.
Any ideas?

Hi PAS - thank you for pointing that out. We will be working on that bug soon! The lighter colored words, are links that you have visited - but we are going to work on making it more visible!

Actually - what's happening on my blog is that the code seems to be reversed.
Links are light before they're clicked, and dark/readable after someone clicks them.
So each morning when I check my blog after the widget has refreshed, all of the links are light.
As soon as one of my visitors clicks one, it changes to the dark/readable font color.
If I manually visit the links, I can get them all to show dark - but I don't always have time to manually click on each of them every morning (some days I barely have time to make coffee!)
Any idea what could be happening?
