I haven't been able to get my mouth out of Thailand, so I'm yielding! LOL!
My entry for this month is:

Steamed Fish Purses with Spicy Peanut Noodles

The blog post with the recipe is on my blog, Can't Believe We Ate

Now...I've got to check out salmon chocolate...
I like raw salmon with lemon...how far a jump is salmon with chocolate?

Glennis
PS ~ Sorry Jenn!

Jenn...
Coconut Milk - I LOVE IT!!  However, it suddenly doesnt agree with me and I get gas (not that anyone really wanted to know right...)  So yes, I try and stay away from it.  Also, since we in Asia use so much coconut milk in our curries, I stopped a long time ago and just use milk instead.  Too much Coconut milk aint good for ya!  But I still love it.  In fact a famous Malaysian dessert called Cendol that is one of my favourites is off the list now simply coz I start burping crazily after eating it.  Its full of coconut milk and gula melaka (palm sugar) and is just LOVELY.  But such is life....
