Jenn,

I just got the Apron, loved it though it's pretty big for me [coz I am a petite Wink], I will be soon altering it to my size. However, it fits my husband perfectly and I truly hope this would make him enter the kitchen and do some cooking with me  Grin

Here is my submission: Mini Coconutmeg Burger

It consists of coconut nutmeg bun, baharat panko crusted albacore tuna, roasted red bell pepper wasabi mustard, lettuce, tomato.  Slider size.  There are coconut milk and nutmeg in the bun and on the tuna.

All the recipes are at http://bumblelog.blogspot.com/2010/01/dinner-almost-impossible-mini.html

Edit: I just want to thank the Queen for hosting this event.  I had a fun and exciting month trying to make a dish for this contest. Thank you!  Cheesy

It's kinda like wrestling a gorilla... you don't stop when you're tired, you stop when the gorilla is tired.
