Well guys, this is our 12th edition of The Royal Foodie Joust! WOW!  Shocked
Big congrats to Elle, our winner of the last challenge.

Here are her choices for ingredients for this month's challenge!

Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Lime (in any form--zest, juice)
Almonds

She is hoping for sweet and savory entries.  She would love to see raspberries used in savory foods as well as sweet!

Let The Games Begin!

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!  I've been on a raspberry/lime kick for a few weeks, so they seemed like a logical choice for ingredients.  Plus, they should be pretty easy for everyone to get hold of.

I've an idea but need to ask for a rules clarification. One or more of the ingredients will be preserved, is it ok if I use some I've already preserved? If I start making more my wife will know I've truly lost it and call for the men in the little white coats.

No problem! Use what you have - you already made it, why make it again? Smiley

I'm so excited about these ingredients.  I've been working on something for a while with these ingredients, so this is great for me.  Congrats on your win Elle!  Thanks again to Ben for putting together a great roundup.  Welcome back to the Queen - hope your wedding was fabulous and everything you hoped for!
