Well it looks like I'll have to roll my sleeves and start baking!!!! The ingredients sound like a baking dish to me... so, why not?
Good luck everyone and thanks Pie Lady for your nice words and Rachel for bookmarking my love potion... hope it works ;-)

I'm so excited about these ingredients. I've been working on something for a while with these ingredients, so this is great for me. Congrats on your win Elle! Thanks again to Ben for putting together a great roundup. Welcome back to the Queen - hope your wedding was fabulous and everything you hoped for!
Thanks so much, Phemomenon! It was perfect.

Great choice of ingredients! We have some raspberries in the yard that just came up! I can't wait to figure out what to do.

Fresh, local raspberries won't be in season here for awhile (late spring, bah!) but I stopped by the organic market here in town (not even thinking about the joust) and there they were, right next to the peas and corn: frozen organic raspberries!!! Oh, and this is an amazing choice of ingredients, if I haven't said so already. I know exactly what I'm making! Like, down to the ingredients. !!!

Congrats to you Elle and you picked some fine ingredients I'm allergic to almonds (all tree and ground nuts, actually) so may I substitute something else? Can I let my imagination run wild? Or should I stick to something close to almonds?

Well pictures, text and recipe won't get up today, but I did a rasberry almond Danish with lime marmalade glaze yesterday. While the pastry and the almond paste were fresh made both the rasberry filling and the lime marmalade were home made, by me, canned good. The rasberries local from last summer.
That pantry is useful.
