I really am having a lot of fun with writing and photography - now if I could just lose weight I'd be delighted.  That's the problem with focusing on food - it sticks!!!!

It's great to know that there are so many Canadian Foodies but then why wouldn't there be - we have the most incredible array of choices here including wonderful farmers' markets, specialty stores and even the standard grocery chains are now carrying things like lemon grass, daikon radishes and so on.  How could you not want to cook
