Hi Guys!

Ready for your newest challenge?!

Here are Valli's picks for the 3 ingredients!:

From the Sea (fish, scallops, clams, etc)
Lemon or lime
Coconut

This month's Joust will be hosted by Dharm! Since I will be going crazy towards the end of the month with wedding preparations, I asked for a little help from the team! So everyone welcome Dharm as this month's presenter!
Take it away Dharm! Smiley

...who's up for May? Wink

Let the games begin! Smiley

OMG! Those ingredients are amazing. I am already thinking what I am going to make. Can we use coconut milk or just coconut?

And congratulations Jen! We want to see a lot of pictures Wink

It's gonna be exciting - and you all are gonna be sick to DEATH of pictures once it is all over - Roberto is known as the "paparazzi" in my family - and not just because he is Italian either!  Shocked

Mr Orph - just use what you got!

Glad everyone's mind is twisting to come up with something amazing for next month. Thanks for stepping up to the plate Dharm. I know you'll do a great job without a doubt. You can use coconut milk if you like..in fact that is what I would have used if I were entering this month  Wink Use any seafood you desire as well. I know you'll have a beautiful wedding on the beach Jenn. Congratulations on this new chapter in your life Kiss

Nuria: I think those three ingredients are perfect together. Coconuts grow by the sea so sea products are the perfect match, right? do you like my logic? LOL

And Jen, I am up for May if you need some help Cheesy

Congrats Valli!  The ingredients sound great.  My mind is already starting to put them together.  I'm thinking Coconut & Lime Seafood Cookies.  Mmm.

I can't believe you're getting married at the end of the month, Jenn.  Or is it early April?  I might have missed that.
I'm sure you're excited, but the planning must be crazy.
