Hi Everyone!

It's that time again! Time to reveal the ingredients for this month's RFJ!!!

Protos (Peter) has chosen these three ingredients to get your creativity going!

Fennel (whole, ground, seeds)
Dairy (in any form)
Parsley

Let the games begin!!!!

Also, don't forget to vote today for the second and third place winners for the Sept. Joust!

Thanks everyone!  I love aniseed flavours so I thought the fennel would be a good choice.  Jenn, would it be ok for those who are not "dairy minded" to use a dairy substitute?  just wanted to make sure it was ok?

Now for me to work on your challenge. Have I told you how much I hate fennel?  Grin I'm going to have to come up with something to make me love fennel. Great ingredient choices!
